SUNGURA musician Mark Ngwazi will perform in Beitbridge at Pagomba Cafe on October 28 to make up for a no-show last month at the same venue.
Ngwazi has promised his fans his Njanja Express band would be at Pagomba Cafe this time around.
Last month, Ngwazi could not show up for the performance in Beitbridge, after failing to strike a deal with the promoters, before the gig.
His absence angered his fans who caused chaos at Pagomba.
They threw bottles and objects at the stage after learning that Ngwazi didn’t turn up for the show.
In an interview with H-Metro, Ngwazi promised to right his wrongs.
“I want to tell all the Njanja Express fans that I will be at Pagomba without fail.
“I would want everyone to tell their friends to come for the show.
“I promise them an experience and performance they have never witnessed before.
“It will be a show that they will cherish forever,” he said.
Ngwazi also said he was pleased with the love from his fans despite the challenges he was facing in his growing career.
“I am happy with the way my fans are showing love for me.
“From the recent successful show by Chipaz Promotions, I realised that I have loyal fans who waited to see me perform at 4 am; it was such a great experience.
“And, I hope my fans in Beitbridge will do the same,” he told H-Metro.
Ngwazi is well known for his song Taurai Madzoka, which topped charts on some local radio stations, and his successful recent album, Nharo Nezvine Nharo.
