The insurance company was on Wednesday handed over its ISO 9001:2015 certificate by the Standards Association of Zimbabwe (SAZ) in the capital.

Speaking during the ceremony, NicozDiamond Insurance Limited managing director Mr David Nyabadza said the ISO 9001:2015 certification will play a critical role in enhancing customer trust and fostering stronger business relationships as there will be assurance of quality, consistency and reliability.

“ISO standards help us identify and mitigate risks in our processes, leading to fewer errors, improved efficiency and enhanced reliability.

“Customers value working with organisations that prioritise risk management and are less likely to face issues or disruptions,” said Mr Nyabadza.

SAZ acting director-general Mr Danmore Mabambe said, by adopting a quality management systems framework, NicozDiamond had demonstrated “its ability to manage risks, ensure compliance with legislation and maintain the highest quality standards”.

“The certificate sends a strong message to all your stakeholders that you are a reliable and trustworthy partner,” he said.
