ORGANISERS of Sniper Storm’s much-hyped album launch slated for Harare Gardens this Saturday have allayed rain fears.

The Zim dancehall “general” is set to launch his eighth album at the open air joint.

However, there are genuine fears that rains are likely to dampen the party mood if the event organisers sleep on duty.

Sniper  assured fans they  are safe as  his team is set to erect big tents.

“I know it’s now the rainy season but we have our fans covered at the launch.

“We have hired big tents to accommodate our fans and they are safe in the event it rains.

“We can’t change the venue now because of its significance  and centrality.”

He assured fans that all the household names on the poster will grace the event.

The launch will feature performances from various artists, who include Seh Calaz, Dhadza D, Guspy Warrior, Kinnah, Blot, Shinsoman, Jah Signal and Bounty Lisa.

“It is targeting different scenarios that people go through in life.

“My fans should expect good music as always as the album is full of fresh hits.

“There will also be great performances from fellow artists to entertain the public,” he said.

The chanter did not disclose the song titles. Sniper Storm has released hits in recent years, which include Tsvigiri Muhuchi, Love Yemsoja, Porongi, Babie Remughetto, Siyanai Nemafanz and Anondifonera.
