BULAWAYO’s all-female imbube group, Nobuntu, was last week added onto the Zim Top 10 music video chart show which airs on DStv’s Zambezi Magic channel.

On a night when ExQ and Roki with hit track —Alleluya — took first position, Nobuntu with song Narini were at position 10.

Tonight, all eyes are on Nobuntu to see if they garnered enough votes to elevate them to top five as well as Roki and Ex Q to see if they maintain first position. Tocky Vibes, who was on first position when the show launched, was last week sitting on third position with hit —Aenda Nenyika.

Showing on DStv channel 160, the chart show, which launched two weeks ago to promote music and producers from Zimbabwe, is held every Saturday, starting at 7PM. To vote, people simply have to follow Zambezi Magic on its Instagram, WeChat and Facebook pages and cast their votes there or visit the Zambezi Magic website — www.zambezimagic.dstv.com.

“Curated by Zambezi Magic and totally picked by the viewers, the Zim Top 10 lets viewers pick which fresh tracks they’d like to see at the top of the charts via their social media votes,” Zambezi Magic channel head, Addiel Dzinoreva said.
