According to a chamber application filed at the High Court last week, NSSA claims that the bus company failed to remit US$13 750 for the period between May 2009 and December 2010.
NSSA is also claiming US$6 887 in penalties and surcharges levied against the Kadoma based bus company in terms of the NSSA (Pension and Other Benefits) Scheme Regulations. The authority represented by Muchineripi and Associates Legal Practitioners is also claiming interest at the prime bank rate calculated from February 16, 2010 to date of final payment.
Justice Samuel Kudya will preside over the application in due course.
