CHAMPIONSHIP favourites Ntutu Sparrows bounced back to winning ways after edging Jumbo Queens 46-24 in a Bulawayo Provincial Netball league match played at Highlanders Sports Club on Saturday. Ntutu Sparrows went to the game having lost 21-29 to Railstars. Complacency appeared to have crept into Precious Mudenge’s side and the loss was a “wake up   call.
Mudenge praised the way her team managed to bounce back from the shock defeat.

“I’m proud of the girls, they managed to handle the disappointing defeat in the last game very well and they managed to bounce back with a good performance,” said Mudenge.

Meanwhile, Railstars, inspired by their hearty win over Sparrows, made light work of  Zimpost whom they thumped 37-10.
Mighty Queens beat ZRP Ntabazinduna 36-19 while prison warders Ntabazinduna Prison were beaten by Lobengula Queens 27-32.
