Old Mutual opens one-stop-shop

INTEGRATED financial services company, Old Mutual, last week opened a new one-stop-shop offering their main financial and banking services under their green zone concept as well as the refurbished CABS Mutare Branch.

Speaking at the official opening of the new branch, Old Mutual Zimbabwe group chief executive (CEO) and Old Mutual Rest of Africa CEO, Mr Jonas Mushosho said the opening of the Mutare green zone branch marked a continued commitment to serving their customers.

“Customer centricity is not just a buzz phrase for us at Old Mutual, it is a philosophy that drives our business and will ensure our long-term viability along with improved customer experiences,” said Mr Mushosho.

The company, which recently refreshed its brand identity, said research had proven that customers preferred to have all their financial services under one roof.

The Old Mutual green zones offers life assurance, short-term insurance, investment and CABS banking services amongst other products.
