SOCIALITE and businesswoman Olinda Chapel’s charity work has paid off after she managed to raise money for two brothers’ cancer treatment.

The two — Iben and Knowledge Kapingautowa — suffer from cancer and needed US$4 700 to undergo treatment.

Olinda appealed to her fans to help in raising the money.

The businesswoman offered to donate US$1 000 and urged her fans to donate the remainder, which they did.

In a post, she appreciated those who donated.

“We reached our goal and now we have more than we wanted.

“I want to thank my followers as we managed to raise enough money for the two operations.

“I do not have a million fans, but I am glad they can make things happen.”

Olinda is one of the influencers who are committed to charity work despite her social media rants with other socialites.

Over the years, she has shown her other good side by even helping fellow socialites in need.
