The Parliament of Zimbabwe is hosting a two-day Integrated Results-Based Management (IRBM) sensitisation workshop in Bulawayo.

The workshop brings together chief directors and directors of parliament and aims at enhancing capacity for results-based planning, implementation, and reporting.

The workshop is being spearheaded by the esteemed speaker of parliament, Advocate Jacob Mudenda, who is expected to deliver a keynote address this morning.

The workshop seeks to advocate for a more efficient and effective parliamentary system.

The seminar will emphasise the importance of embracing IRBM principles to align strategic priorities with individual performance targets.
“The workshop seeks to provide practical insights into the design and use of performance contracts within the IRBM framework. To foster alignment between parliament’s strategic priorities and individual performance targets. It also seeks to enhance capacity for results-based planning, implementation, and reporting,” read a statement from the parliament.
