Passengers escape death as CAG bus burns to ashes

DOZENS of passengers escaped death by a whisker yesterday afternoon when a CAG bus travelling from Harare to Kariba caught fire in Hurungwe.
A few passengers sustained injuries as they stampeded to disembark from the bus.

According to some passengers, they lost their luggage, including groceries and furniture.

However, Mashonaland West police spokesperson, Inspector Ian Kohwera could not immediately furnish The Herald with details this morning.
