PASSION Java Records has thrown controversial Zimdancehall chanter, X-Fayah, under the bus.
X-Fayah lashed out at social media users, who had advised him to desist from drugs, after he posted a picture of himself smoking what appeared to be marijuana.
X-Fayah told those who advised him to stop abusing drugs that he couldn’t resist his love of marijuana.
He, however, said he had stopped taking crystal meth.
The actions by the young chanter seem to be a blow for the Passion Java Record (PJR) label, which has been promoting the fight against drug abuse.
Passion, who announced his intentions to groom the Karoi chanter, has now disowned him through his manager.
Boss Lashan said X-Fayah was not under their record label.

In an interview with H-Metro, Boss Lashan, said the chanter was not linked to their record label.
“We are not managing him.”
“In fact, I haven’t seen him in a while. We assist everyone who needs help but he is not signed to PJR,” he said.
In February this year, Passion Java revealed he is also helping Karoi-based chanter X-Faya, who was featuring on Epatan’s song.
“This song has Uncle Epatan and X-Faya. X-Faya was actually in Karoi. We had to drive there and pick him up and get a place to rent for him and a car.
“The reason is to uplift the youths and the future generation,” he said.
