Star FM presenter Pathisani Sibanda says he is ready to take Davies Mugadza to task over the Dr Zobha controversy at a show tonight. The show, which is dubbed “Zobha versus Zobha” is expected to be a clash between Mugadza and Dr Zobha at Private Lounge.
It is known that Mugadza plays the Zobha character, but the show has apparently been put in place to give the impression that there is another Zobha who is not Mugadza.
Pathisani said he will confront Mugadza over the issue at tonight’s show and possibly get to the bottom of the matter. Mugadza denies that he is the face behind Zobha and he is on a campaign to share the stage with a purported Zobha character.
Last month, Mugadza confused fans when he went on the same stage with one “Dr Zobha” at Club Las Vegas in Southerton. Pathisani will share the stage with the two characters and he has promised to brew a surprise during the show in order to give answers to the puzzle Mugadza has created.
“If Mugadza says he is not Zobha, we will be eager to know who this Zobha is. I promise surprises at the show because I will be moderating at the controversial show. Ndichabuda musaga (I will disclose a lot) because that is my special area.
“I will show fans the real story behind this Zobha controversy. I was invited to the show for that role and I am going to do exactly what I am supposed to do.
“Get ready for a surprise,” said Pathisani.
Mugadza was reportedly challenged to go on the same stage with Zobha once again after the previous show when the two went on the same stage raised new questions about the Zobha character.
