Perfumes firm donates to children’s home

The goods consisted of food, toiletries and plastic buckets.  Oceane’s chairman, Mr Upenyu Mushangwa – who was celebrating his 33rd birthday – said that he opted to celebrate his birthday with children at the home instead of throwing a flamboyant birthday party.

“I decided to spend time with the needy, and coincidentally I share the same name with this institution,” he said.

The donation came at a time when the children’s home had run out of food and other basic needs. The home’s superintendent, Mr Michael Mukwaiva thanked Oceane for its kind gesture.,

“I thank the company for this gesture. This donation is coming at a time when this institution had run out of groceries,” he said.
