Police bust drug dealer

POLICE arrested a suspected drug dealer in Glen View after posing as potential buyers.

Collen Dzotsa, 35, was remanded in custody when she appeared before Harare magistrate, Dennis Mangosi facing a possession of dangerous drugs charge.

Her full bail application is set for today.

The State said detectives received a tip-off that Dzotsa was peddling drugs in and around Glen View.

They went to her house posing as potential clients.

Dzotsa was arrested after handing drugs to her “buyers”.

The court heard that Dzotsa willingly gave the cops more sachets, which were in her wardrobe.

The drugs weighed about 3.5 grammes and had a street value of $35 000.
