TEAM Zimbabwe was totally outclassed at this yearas edition of the All Africa Pool Association (AAPA) Games played in Harare from 29 August to 1 September.

APPA Games Zimbabwe secretary for media and publicity Taurai Musakaruka blamed the hostsa dismal performance at the annual competition on poor preparations.

a?We did not have the required resources and we survived on handouts from well wishers. Pool is developing and we would like to thank Sports and Recreation Minister Makhosini Hlongwane and the Sports and Recreation Commission for the support.

a?We believe we have a new visionary Zimbabwe Pool Association which we feel if given adequate support and resources the game can be taken to greater heights. We learnt a lot and we hope for a better outcome in 2019,a? said Musakaruka.

In the menas category the hosts Zimbabwe came last after finding the going tough against South Africa, Zambia and Uganda.
