Praz equips war veterans with procurement skills

THE Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe in collaboration with the Ministry of War Veterans is today holding a seminar for war veterans in business which is aimed at equipping them with procurement skills.

The seminar, taking place at Hillside Teachers College is expected to be attended by 100 liberation fighters or their dependents in line with the Second Republic’s philosophy of empowering those who sacrificed their limited freedom under colonial rule, to achieve total and maximum independence.

Praz corporate communications manager Mr Mqhele Tshuma said the authority first requested to meet the war veterans at the beginning of the year but few came along. He says they are happy this time around that the war veterans themselves were steadfast
