Agnes Ndlovu (45), of House Number 1263 Emakhandeni and is the director of St Peter and St Paul Pre-School was convicted on her own plea of guilty to fraud by Bulawayo provincial magistrate Mrs Vivian Ndlovu two weeks ago.
She had two years of her sentence suspended for five years on condition of good behaviour.
The court did not suspend anything on condition of restitution because Ndlovu indicated that she could not raise the money.
Ndlovu was early last month sentenced to three years in prison for a similar case and had two years of her sentence suspended on condition that she pays restitution of R70 000 by 30 September this year.
Mr Jeremiah Mutsindikwa, for the State, told the court that in the latest case, on 21 March last year, Lindelani Dube was looking for a house to buy when she got information from her friend that Ndlovu was selling a house.
Ndlovu told the complainant that she had a house that was going for R80 000. Ndlovu further told the complainant that she had inherited the house from her late sister Barbra Yvonne du Plessis.
To prove this, Ndlovu produced a letter of administration from the High Court of Zimbabwe where she was cited as a beneficiary.
Ndlovu was then paid R68 480 as part payment for the house and she signed an affidavit as proof of receipt of the money.
After receiving the money, Ndlovu could not avail the house as she had already sold the same house to Joshua Masuku.
