Pregnant pupil in hospital

A source close to the family revealed that she collapsed on Wednesday evening.
The father of the girl, a police officer in Plumtree, confirmed that his daughter had been admitted to hospital but refused to disclose her condition.

“My daughter has been admitted to the hospital as she has not been taking the news surrounding the death of this boy well,” he said.
“She has been receiving endless messages on her cellphone as people have been asking about the incident and this is affecting her in a great way.

She is just a child and she does not deserve to go through all these problems. I do not know what those people who are nagging her want to achieve. I wonder whether they want to see her dead as right now she is in hospital because of this issue.’’
The father could not confirm whether his daughter was pregnant, saying he was not interested in commenting on an issue that was causing problems for his family.
