President Mnangagwa today officially handed over the title deed for Subdivision E of Arlington Estate to PPC Zimbabwe.

The property, initially owned by Portland Holdings (Private) Limited, now operating as PPC Zimbabwe, had been acquired by the Government as part of the Airport expansion programme.

However, following a formal request by the company for its return citing extensive investment and planned developments on the site, the Government has now reinstated ownership.
