PRESIDENT Mnangagwa has arrived for the official opening of the 56th Session of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (Uneca) Conference of Finance Ministers in Victoria Falls.
He was welcomed at the venue by Matabeleland North Provincial Affairs and Devolution Minister Richard Moyo, Finance, Economic Development and Investment Promotion Minister Professor Mthuli Ncube, his deputy Kuda Mnangagwa, Women’s Affairs Minister Monica Mutsvangwa, Deputy Minister of Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Services Deputy Minister Omphile Marupi, other senior Government and Uneca officials.
Soon after the briefing welcome ceremony, the President took time to enjoy traditional music dished by Inkume Arts Ensemble before he was taken for a briefing ahead of the opening ceremony which he is expected to preside on.
