President Mnangagwa has launched the Citizens Engagement and Scoring Platform in Harare, as the Second Republic continues making strides in ensuring improved service delivery for Zimbabweans.
In his remarks, the President said the Second Republic is deepening its democracy and participatory governance.
He rallied every local authority and those in service to put the people first.
“Local authorities should continue to provide quality services,” said the President.

He said the scoring platform will shift governance from being done for the people to being shaped by the people.
The President said the scorecard is not just about residents’ feedback, but also about shaping the services delivered to them.
“It guarantees every Zimbabwean the opportunity to provide feedback and identify service gaps,” he said.

Local authorities will be rated by residents on water provision, sanitation, solid waste management, roads and pothole management, corporate governance, health and environment, housing and social amenities.
An artificial Intelligence-enabled data analytics tool will be used to allow for broad conclusions and ratings.
President Mnangagwa said his Administration is walking the talk and leaving no one and no place behind.
