President to tour projects in Mutoko

President Mnangagwa will on Saturday visit Mutoko District in Mashonaland East Province where he will tour various projects before meeting with the local community.

The President will visit solar energy and Jatropha projects at Mutoko Centre.

zanu-pf chairman for Mashonaland East Province Cde Joel Biggie Matiza said in an interview yesterday that preparations for the President’s visit were at an advanced stage.

“I can confirm that the Head of State President Mnangagwa will be in Mutoko on Saturday to have an appreciation of various projects, which include the solar energy and Jatropha projects.

He will then proceed to Chinzanga Primary School where he will address people.

“Preparations are at an advanced stage for the President’s visit,” Cde Matiza said.

He urged Mutoko people to come in their numbers to meet their President.

“This is the first time for His Excellency to visit our province since he assumed office and we are excited.” — Herald Reporter.
