Private schools across the country have started sending students back home following Government’s directive to defer schools opening.
Most private schools opened doors to examination classes in May, while public schools were set to open on July 28.
However, on Tuesday Cabinet suspended schools opening indefinitely as coronavirus cases continued to rise.
Various private schools have been calling on parents and guardians to collect students before the end of this week.
“This school has been advised to withdraw students from the school as a matter of urgency before the implementation of stringent lockdown guidelines measures to curb the spread of Covid- 9,” Knowstics Group of Schools said in a statement.
“The authorities have advised the situation is still very fluid and it is impossible to establish a workable examination and school calendar.”
It is the same with other private schools across the country.
