ZIMDANCEHALL music producer, Pride “Boss Kawara” Kawara, is making inroads in a foreign land.
This follows his engagement with Jamaican singer Sizzla Kalonji’s brother, I Stich.
Boss Kawara is working with I Stich on some projects.
The 24-year-old producer recently managed to arrange a collaboration between Freeman and Towela, who is one of the best female artists, from Zambia.
He said he was working with I Stich to establish his name in Zimbabwe and Africa.
“I am managing him from this side and he wants to penetrate Zimbabwe and Africa.
“There are also upcoming collaborations with our Zimbabwean artists.
“I just pray that God will help me in the projects with I Stich.
“I have managed to arrange a collabo between Freeman and Towela, who is one of the best female artists from Zambia.
“The song is on Freeman’s latest album David and Goliath.
“With Freeman we have many projects coming next year, right now I am not mentioning the names of the big artists who are going to feature with the Hkd Boss.
“In Zambia, I work with the biggest record label, Nexus Music, that’s where Hkd Boss did his song with Towela.
“I am seeing my brand name, Boss Kawara, growing internationally.”
The young producer is studying Visual Communication and Media Designing at Chinhoyi University.
“I started helping upcoming musicians to market their projects when I was in Form 1.
“By then, I was staying in Ruwa.
“That’s where I met Van Choga and Dobber Don, before Dobba Don.
“I was left with Van Choga, Wax Manex, Mbida D, Piyo and Kid.”
