Bulawayo Fire Services Department contained the fire that destroyed stock feed, office equipment and chemicals that the farming input centre sells.
Speaking to Chronicle, the owner of the business, Mr Clifford Mukupa, said he was at home when he received a call that the building was on fire.

He commended the fire department for its quick reaction.
A newspaper vendor, Mr Julius Nyoni, said he saw smoke coming out of the building at about 6.45pm.
The amount of damaged could not be ascertained by last night as the damage was still being assessed.
