PSC rolls out job evaluation reforms to promote fairness & transparency across Public Service

The Public Service Commission (PSC),working under the auspices of itsparent ministry, is implementing the outcomes of the Job Evaluation (JE)— an exercise which began in and has ongoing resultant actions.
In this inclusive and responsive process, the PSC is widely consulting and intensively engaging stakeholders in the public sector in order to ensure proposals are considered, concerns addressed, views ventilated and all voices are heard.
