THE Premier Soccer League (PSL) has summoned Hardrock, the club’s chief executive officer Kudzanai Hove and Dynamos to appear before the PSL Disciplinary Committee following crowd trouble that led to the abandonment of a Castle Lager Premier Soccer League match last weekend.

The abandoned fixture between Hardrock and Dynamos was played at Chahwanda Stadium on May 24.

In a statement released on Friday, the PSL confirmed that both clubs have been charged with breaching league rules and regulations in connection with the disturbances that disrupted the match.

According to the PSL, Hardrock and Dynamos face charges of causing the abandonment of the match, disturbing the normal proceedings of a match, pitch invasion, acts of violence and malicious damage to property.

Hardrock face an additional charge of failing to provide adequate security for the fixture.

The league also confirmed that Hardrock chief executive officer Kudzanai Hove has been individually charged with disorderly conduct, pitch invasion and violent behaviour.

“The Premier Soccer League has summoned Hardrock FC, their chief executive officer Kudzanai Hove and Dynamos FC to appear before the PSL Disciplinary Committee following incidents of crowd trouble that occurred during the abandoned Castle Lager PSL match between Hardrock and Dynamos played on 24 May 2026 at Chahwanda Stadium,” read part of the statement.

The disciplinary hearing has been scheduled for June 9 at 5:30pm at the Premier Soccer League offices.
