As DeMbare prepare to do battle with defending Premiership champions Gunners at Rufaro this afternoon, The Sunday Mail can reveal that Maroto last week became the second entrant, after Gilbert Mushangazhike, on the Harare giants’ off-season wish list.

It’s widely believed that the Chando Kupisa hitman, who leads the scoring charts with 18 goals, will be out of contract at the end of the season.
And there is a growing feeling at Dynamos “that the time has come to bring Maroto home”.
