On another day while they were in the therapy room he allegedly failed to control his sexual appetite as he touched his subordinate’s buttocks and private parts while “begging” to have sex with her.

According to a State outline on 14 February this year Dube found his subordinate in the bathroom and grabbed her from behind before fondling her breasts.

It is said the complainant informed her workmate about the incident.

Still “hungry” to be between the sheets with her , on 20 March this year Dube called the woman in question to his office and again asked her to massage him.

After the massage session he asked to have a sample of her forbidden fruit but she allegedly turned his sexual demand down.

It is said on 22 October this year Dube asked the woman to massage him at the therapy room and after the massage session he asked to have sex with her but it is alleged she refused.

The lustful Dube grabbed her before fondling her breasts and buttocks. Feelings got the better of him as he touched her private parts.

That was the straw that broke the camel’s back as the woman reported the matter at Kumalo Police Station leading to his arrest.

Dube appeared before Tredgold magistrate Nomasiko Ndlovu facing an indecent assault charge. He pleaded not guilty.

He said: “I don’t admit to the charge levelled against me. I never touched her.”

Dube was remanded out of custody on $2 000 bail to 1 December for commencement of trial. He was told to report at ZRP Kumalo police station any time between 6am and 6pm on Fridays. He was also ordered to continue residing at his current address.
