In a post on LinkedIn, Arada Developments Relationship Manager, Mr Amro Mansour said the partnership represented a meaningful step towards wider investor access, trusted relationships and lasting global legacies.

“I would like to begin by expressing my sincere appreciation to Dr Masithokoze Moyo Founder of TripleM Group Holdings and TripleM Group Properties Ltd, for her vision, leadership and determination in bringing this partnership to life.

“Dr Moyo has worked with purpose to create a credible gateway between African investors and carefully selected opportunities in the UAE property market,” he said.

“Her leadership throughout the process of cementing this relationship has demonstrated the importance of trust, shared values, and a long-term commitment to the people we serve. It is an absolute privilege to collaborate with TripleM Group Properties Ltd on this new chapter.”

He said the partnership was about far more than facilitating property transactions, it was about connecting regions, communities and ambitions.

Mr Mansour said Africa is home to a growing generation of entrepreneurs, professionals, business owners, families and internationally minded investors who want to preserve capital, diversify their portfolios and participate confidently in global markets.

“However, accessing an international property market can sometimes appear complicated or distant without the right relationships, local knowledge, and trusted guidance.

“TripleM Group Properties Ltd can help close that distance. By combining its understanding of African investors with Arada’s commitment to creating exceptional destinations and experiences, this partnership can establish a clearer and more accessible route into the UAE property market,” he added.

He said the positive potential extends beyond Africa and the UAE as the UAE occupies a strategic position between Africa, Europe, Asia, and the wider Middle East, while Arada’s growing international outlook reaches into markets including the United Kingdom and Australia.

Mr Mansour said this creates an opportunity to build relationships and investment pathways that begin in Africa, connect through the UAE, reach Europe and continue well beyond.

“The UAE has developed into one of the world’s most internationally connected business and lifestyle destinations. Its modern infrastructure, aviation links, digital services, diverse population, and investor-focused environment make it an important base for people seeking global access.”
