UPCOMING Zim dancehall artist, Ras Jayden, says he dreams of collaborating with some of his role models in the genre.

Born Jayden Zhunga, 11 years ago, the Grade 6 pupil recently launched his new single titled Greystone on ZTV’s YGT Show.

He expressed his desire to collaborate with Hwinza, Seh Calaz and Freeman.

Speaking to H-Metro, his manager, Sammie Zhunga, said: “He has big dreams and high hopes of making it in music.

“We are there to support him and make sure he is guided along the proper lines.

“As much as he loves music, we also need to see to it that there is a balance with his school work and spiritual life.

“His dream is to collaborate with some of the big names in Zim dancehall and with time we are sure that will come to life.

“The new song is his first and it’s still a long way to go.

“Hopefully, he will record another one during the school holidays.”
