Zimbabwe’s hottest club DJ and burgeoning performance artiste RayDizz has released the video to his club and radio hit “She Loving The Crew”, featuring fellow Showtime Records artist O-25. The video was premièred last week on the season première of Coke On The Beat. RayDizz had the honour of being the first guest on the show since it stopped broadcasting in the early 90s.
The video for “She Loving The Crew” was shot on location in Harare and provides a small glimpse into the life of one of Zimbabwe’s most popular urban trendsetters. RayDizz gives the audience a short glimpse into how a day in life plays out from the moment he meets up with the leading lady up until he caps the night off while playing in the club.
The video features images of the growing skate, BMX and design culture that Ray has helped establish in the country.
All this is set against an infectious Afrobeat instrumental that is brought to life by a melodic hook sung by the talented O-25.
She Loving The Crew is the second single off RayDizz’ upcoming debut album titled “W.e.i.r.d”.
RayDizz recently won the Miller SoundClash competition and will be representing Zimbabwe in Las Vegas at the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs Party. Ray is also set to become the first Zimbabwean born DJ to play at the big room at the world famous Marcquee Night Club.
