Region 5 mourns national hero Kotsho Dube

THE African Union Sports Council Region 5 Under-20 Youth Games yesterday joined Zimbabweans in mourning national hero Kotsho Dube by flying all the visiting countries’ flags at half mast.A visit at all the Games facilities  yesterday showed that all the 10 flags, including that of the African Union Sports Council, were flying at half mast as  a show of respect to the fallen  national hero.

Dube died in his sleep at his home in Kumalo on Monday. He was 79. He will be laid to rest at the National Heroes Acre on Sunday.

He is survived by wife, Agatha, three children and three grandchildren.
