Regional leaders trickle in ahead of SADC Extraordinary Summit

Eswatini Prime Minister Russel Mmiso Dhlamini, Angola Minister of Defence Joao Ernesto Santos and President of Zanzibar and Chairman of the Revolutionary Council of Zanzibar, Dr Hussein Ali Mwinyi have arrived in the country ahead of the SADC Extraordinary Summit of Heads of State to be held tomorrow.

Mr Dlamini was welcomed by Skills Audit Minister Paul Mavima, while Mr Santos was welcomed by Angolan Ambassador to Zimbabwe Pedro Neto.

Zimbabwe’s Attorney General, Mrs Virginia Mabiza, welcomed Dr Mwinyi.

The SADC Council of Ministers was held yesterday while the Ministerial Committee of the Organ Troika is sitting today.
