Growing up in Highfield gave the fashion blogger a blueprint of giving back to her home country.

“Winning this means so much to me as it will open doors and platforms for my campaign of preventing teenage pregnancy and making sex education mandatory for Zimbabwean youths.
“I grew up in Highfield, Harare.
“l have been mocked several times for growing up in the ghetto but the ghetto youths are the ones doing the most as we can adjust and adapt to any environment
“I’m currently working with a charity organisation in Ruwa for the less privileged and crippled.
“There is so much hidden talent in Zimbabwe, as youths, it’s important to work together and uplift each other for a better future for our country and I’m ready to bring the crown home and make a change.”
The pageant was formed with the sole purpose of giving young Africans, born or living in the United Kingdom, a platform to showcase not only their beauty but their culture, talent and creativity.
The winner becomes a goodwill ambassador for Miss Africa GB, charged with designing and implementing a charity programme.
