Black Rhinos 1-0 How Mine
A brilliantly executed goal by Black Rhinos’ Nesbert Padzarondera in the 60th minute suffocated visiting How Mine FC in a Castle Lager Premiership match at Rimuka Stadium yesterday. With a goalless draw looking certain, it was Padzarondera who conjured a gem of a goal that helped his side secure maximum points which they badly needed to drift away from the danger zone.
How Mine conceded a corner which was well taken by Wilson Chakanyuka and a defender cleared it to where Padzarondora was awaiting in ambush.
He beat goalkeeper Donovan Bernard with a screamer.
Both teams went into yesterday’s game smarting from defeats, Rhinos falling to Dynamos and How Mine to Highlanders. But Rhinos seem to have made amends with this victory as they gained three priceless points while How Mine lost ground with two consecutive defeats.
How Mine assistant coach Ushe Chaka who led the team in the absence of head coach Philani Dube who was attending CAF coaching course in Harare, was full of praise for his players who he said, gave a good account of themselves but were unfortunate not to have salvaged a point.
