Roki to light up Inaki’s

SINCE dropping “Rockford Gold” back in 2016, Roki has been scarce.

He has sporadically popped up for performances in and around Zimbabwe. But after a stint in South Africa, the singer made headlines last year with hit song “The Journey” with DJ Stavo.

Many thought the song would signal his comeback, but nothing happened. However, despite the inconsistency, Roki still remains a favourite of many and this Saturday he performs at Inaki’s, Borrowdale, at the popular Magic SaturdayCity Nights hosted by Dee Nosh.
“Well I’m pretty chuffed to be staging my debut show in Zimbabwe this year. My fans and those that are going to be there should look out for an energy packed performance on Saturday,” said the “Chidzoka” hit-singer.
About the actual performance he said, “Well it depends with the vibe but I’m most likely going to do my popular hit songs on an up tempo level. Since the performance won’t be too long I will just keep it short and sweet.”
Event host, Dee Nosh, says the weekly shows which started late last year are doing very well.
“Magic Saturday City Nights have been magical. It’s all about lifestyle, fun and music and so far the vibe has been very good. We have international artistes lined up in 2018 for simple appearances and club performances,” revealed Dee Nosh.
