It said the South African Department of Trade and Industry would lead the delegation to participate at the second Zim-SA Investment and Trade Mission from October 15 to 19.
“The first session of the visit will take place in Harare on 15 October and 16 followed by Kwekwe on 17 October winding up with the Bulawayo seminar on 18 October,” the ZNCC said in a statement.
“The purpose of the visit is to establish investment and trade partnerships with Zimbabwean companies and to explore investment and trade opportunities.”
Players in infrastructure, information communication technology, manufacturing, agro-processing and mining are part of the delegation.
South Africa is Zimbabwe’s largest trading partner and a Bilateral Investment Promotion and Protection Agreement (Bippa) already exists between the two countries.
Zimbabwe currently exports gold, tobacco and stock feeds to the South Africa. — New Ziana.
