Additionally, Fifa proposed that one of the members of the Commission be Michael Garcia, the chairman of the investigatory chamber of the Fifa Ethics Committee.
Subsequent to that feisty Mbalula has been on a warpath extensively being quoted as saying the commission would be set-up in SA terms.
