Rapper Saintfloew has inked a distribution deal with Virgin Music Group.
Virgin Music is a global record label founded in 2022 and is owned by Universal Music Group.
In a statement, it was revealed that the rapper is set to boost his revenue under the deal.
“This partnership, which includes a significant signing fee, is set to amplify Saintfloew’s reach on a global scale, marking a pivotal moment in his career.
“Saintfloew already has several exciting collaborations lined up under this new deal, further solidifying his place in the industry.
“Virgin Music Group, known for supporting independent artists and labels worldwide, brings a wealth of experience and resources that will help Saintfloew push his music to new heights,” reads part of the statement.
Speaking on the deal, Saintfloew said: “I’m excited to be partnering with Virgin Music Group. I believe this is the beginning of a great relationship that will push our work.”
Gareth Wilson, A&R at Virgin Music Group said: “Today is a special day as we welcome Saintfloew to the Virgin Music Group family. He is a phenomenal artist with a very bright future ahead of him, and we are ready to do our bit in taking his Zimbabwean magic to the world.”
Meanwhile, Saintfloew’s first project under the new partnership will be his highly anticipated album which is set to be launched on October 12 at Alex Sports Club in Harare.
