FORMER Zimbabwe captain Knowledge Musona had a date with Brazilian superstar Neymar in the cash-rich Saudi Pro League on Friday.
It didn’t go according to plan for Musona and his Al-Riyadh teammates as they crashed to a 1-6 thrashing at the hands of Neymar’s Al Hilal.
Aleksandar Mitrovic, Reuben Neves and Falidou Koulibaly were some of the high-profile stars who were lured into the Al Hilal team.
For Musona, though, this dance with the likes of Neymar underlines the progress he has made since his days at the Aces Youth Academy.
