SCHOOLBOY STING! Herentals hand Bosso a harsh lesson at Barbourfields

Fulltime: Highlanders 0-1 Herentals
CLASS was in session at Barbourfields and the schoolboys from Herentals were the teachers!
Highlanders were schooled on their own turf by the Students, who handed them a harsh one-nil lesson and their first home defeat of the season in front of a stunned Soweto End.

It was a crash course in clinical finishing and tactical discipline, with Ralph Kawondera pouncing on a defensive blunder from Arthur Ndlovu just two minutes into the second half to seal the result. The 47th-minute strike turned Bosso’s home pride into pain, with Herentals proving once again they’re no pushovers—they aced this test just like they did last season.

Bosso may have controlled the first half, but wasteful finishing and sloppy decision-making saw them walk into halftime without a reward. Ultimately, they walked out of the match with heads hung low.
From missed chances by Mafios Chihweta to a near-melee sparked by rising tempers, the match had it all—but in the end, it was the Students who walked away with full marks.
Class dismissed! Bosso just failed the test.
