Second day lost to rain again at BAC

THE second day of the Logan Cup match between Tuskers and Rhinos was once again lost to rain at Bulawayo Athletic Club this afternoon.

No play was possible on the first day on Friday due to persistent rain that fell throughout the day in the City of Kings and Queens.

With hopes that there could be some action today, a wet outfield in the morning caused by overnight rain and some showers in the afternoon disturbed the day’s proceedings and stumps was called shortly after lunch.

No ball is yet to be bowled and the toss is also yet to be conducted with two days of cricket lost.

Weather permitting, play is set to start at 09.30am tomorrow.
