Acting Police Commissioner-General Deputy Comm-Gen Levie Sibanda said the entire ZRP family was in collective sorrow as the cruel hand of death had dealt a devastating blow to them.
“Words fail us to explain our pain and shock at her sudden departure from us. It was completely unexpected. Our bleeding hearts go to her husband Nyasha and children who were with the dear beloved mother at the time of the traumatic occasion of her passing away,” he said.
Deputy Comm-Gen Sibanda said they were informed that Asst Comm Moyo was with her family at their Chitungwiza home celebrating the dawn of the New Year.

A few minutes later after retiring to bed she informed her husband that she was feeling weak, tired and cold and was taken to South Medical Clinic.

He said her life was a testimony of exemplary personal conduct and absolute devotion to work through a caring and compassionate leadership style.
