Senior Govt officials set to lead anti-sanctions petition campaign

Sanctions Petition Campaign provincial launches throughout Zimbabwe this coming weekend.
Government has set aside Saturday March 19 for the provincial launches.
They will be done simultaneously from 10am.
In Bulawayo, the venue will be Stanley Square and Defence Minister Emmerson Mnangagwa will officiate, while in Harare Zanu-PF Politburo member Cde Sikha-nyiso Ndlovu will preside at the party’s provincial headquarters.
For the Manicaland Province, the venue will be Meikles Park in Mutare and State Security Minister Sydney Sekeramayi will be in charge.
Rudhaka Stadium in Marondera will be the venue for Mashonaland East Province and Harare Governor David Karimanzira will preside.
Higher and Tertiary Education Minister Stan Mudenge will set the ball rolling at Chipadze Stadium in Bindura for Mashonaland Central Province, while the Mashonaland West venue is Chinhoyi Stadium where Matabeleland South Governor Angeline Masuku will be presiding.
For Masvingo Province, the launch will be at Muchakata, 16km outside Masvingo and Media, Information and Publicity Minister Webster Shamu will be in charge.
Somhlolo Stadium in Lupane will be the venue for Matabeleland North and Zanu-PF Secretary for Information Cde Rugare Gumbo will preside.
Transport, Communications and Infrastructure Development Minister Nicholas Goche will be in charge of proceedings at Gwanda District Club in Matabeleland South.
Gweru Civic Centre is the Midlands venue where Zanu-PF Women’s League secretary Cde Oppah Muchinguri will preside. President Mugabe a fortnight ago launched the National Anti-Sanctions Petition Campaign in Harare with thousands of Zimbabweans in attendance.
