SOUTH Africa-based amapiano queen, Sha Sha, can’t wait to meet her kith and kin this weekend.
She is expected in the country tomorrow.
Her appreciation tour comes at a time when she has captured the hearts of many fans on the continent.
Sha Sha will perform at Jongwe Corner in Harare and Chinhoyi this weekend.
“We do expect Sha Sha in the country on Saturday ahead of her performance in Harare and, of course, a family show in Chinhoyi on Sunday.
“Of course, she once performed in Zimbabwe early this year, but this gig is a bit special.
“It’s special in the sense that she will be meeting Harare revellers and Chinhoyi students who have been anxiously waiting for this big moment,” said event coordinator, Dee Nosh.
He said Sha Sha deserves to be honoured in Zimbabwe as she has conquered the sub-region after settling well in South Africa.
During the appreciation tour, Sha Sha is set to perform alongside Judgement Yard, Holy Ten, King Her and a number of club wheel-spinners.
In South Africa, which has become her second home, she boasts of club bangers like Tender Love, which features stars DJ Maphorisa and Kabza de Small. Other popular songs, which has made her a favourite of many, include Ungowami, Nomfundo Moh, Themba Lami and Emazulwini.
