Sharapova wins third Stuttgart title

Sixth seed Maria Sharapova battled back to beat Ana Ivanovic in three sets and win her third consecutive Porsche Tennis Grand Prix title in Stuttgart.
The Russian, 27, won 3-6 6-4 6-1 and extended her record at the tournament to 13 wins and no defeats.
Ninth seed Ivanovic, 26, made a superb start, powering 5-0 ahead on her way to leading by a set and a break.

But Sharapova showed all her experience to recover from 3-1 down in the second and win 11 of the last 13 games. — BBC Sport
