IT appears ‘RnB’ singer Shashl’s tagline “Taking Over” may finally come to fruition as she plans to launch an explosive EP.

Titled Butterflies, the new EP’s suggests a fittingly love-centered project with the singer herself concluding that she is taking the music scene by storm.

Shashl will launch the much-awaited EP live at The Venue in Avondale on June 21st, exactly two days before her 24th birthday.

Fellow musicians Takura, Nyasha David, Young Gemini and King98 have been lined up to perform at the event.

Highlights at the launch are expected to include Shashl performing live with Shabach The Band.

The talented band has managed to earn a decent following with its exceptional skills for providing cover for top acts in the country.

Shashl has already teased her fans with one of the songs recorded while she was in a studio session with top producer, DJ Tamuka.

“On the 21st of June, I’ll Be Performing Live at The Venue, can’t wait to see you there!

“Taking Over,” said Shashl.

This is not the first time the songstress has worked with DJ Tamuka.

The two worked together on the song Softly.

She is confident that their powerful combination continues to explore her talent and her new music will resonate well with her fans.

Shashl released her debut 14 track album, Highway, in March 2022 and had songs like Kakuzvida ft Holy Ten, In My Heart ft Enzo and Tikadanana ft Tocky Vibes.

She has also done well with a number of singles, including Deepisa and Ghetto Buddies.
