SHEASHAM FC made it four out of four after overcoming former Premiership side Shabanie Mine 1-0 in a tightly contested Zifa Central Region Division One League match at Maglas Stadium in Zvishavane on Sunday.
FC Platinum Under-19 remained hot on the heels of the Gweru-based side with a 1-0 victory over The Venue at Minda High School.
The young platinum miners moved into second place with 11 points, albeit having played one game more than the log leaders.
League debutantes Filabusi United succumbed to their first defeat of the season after falling 0-2 to Ivan Hoe.
Prior to the weekend loss, the Godlwayo Boys had earned themselves the draw specialists’ tag, having drawn their previous four matches.
So far 71 goals have been scored in the Central Region, as teams jostle for promotion into the topflight Castle Lager Premiership.
ZRP Gweru, Gokwe North, Kwekwe United and Real BVM FC are already languishing in the relegation zone with no win heading into week six.
