Shebeen queen evicted from dad’s house

Her father Mr Freizer Pfacha, who was visibly drunk succesfully, argued his case against his daughter.
He told the court that Patricia was irked by the fact that he has finally found someone to marry after eight years of beer drinking following her mother’s death.
Patricia who doubles as Pfacha’s beer drinking partner told the magistrate to cause her arrest because she has nowhere to go.
“I cannot become a ‘street kid’ at this age, my father knows that I don’t work so how will I look after myself.
“We used to enjoy ourselves after beer drinking and father would pull my breast because we will all be drunk.
“What I can do is stop drinking beer with him but I cannot move out,” she said.
Magistrate Mr Milton Serima told Patricia that she was in contempt of court.
“You are very rude and you have shown no remorse. You think this is a shebeen where you play with your father like he is your friend,” he said before ordering her to vacate her father’s house at number 957 Glen Norah A forthwith. She was also ordered to observe peace towards her father.
